From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a heartwarming "Welcome In!" by the girl behind the register, and instantly, I felt like I was at home. When I reached the counter, her beaming smile and attentive service made me feel like the most valued customer. Unsure of what to order, I turned to her for guidance. She carefully walked me through her favorite items, making sure to understand exactly what I was in the mood for. After a thoughtful discussion, we decided on the Nutella banana soufflé pancakes and a Matcha latte. Her genuine kindness and enthusiasm made the whole process delightful! I then settled into a plush, fluffy yellow chair and took in the charming atmosphere. The interior was not only gorgeous but exuded a fun, vibrant energy. The music, though new to me, perfectly matched the café's aesthetic and added to the overall vibe. The hum of activity from the kitchen and counter staff created a soothing background, making it feel like a cozy escape from the world.     Hearing about Japanese pancakes in OC, had me sooo intrigued. Seeing how fluffy and jiggly they come out, I was so impressed! Note: It takes a while to cook, but thats normal for soufflé pancakes. Im glad they gave me a heads up prior. The service was great and informative. The place was so cute and photo op heaven! Lots of parking cause it's located in the district in Tustin. I would definitely go back.

    We were in the area today, since we have a new dentist close by. I was looking for a dessert place something different lol.... And Yelp sent me here:) We came in right in time as soon as they opened. The ambience here is really nice. The cashier was very knowledgeable, kind and welcoming. The food did take long to come out (but we didn't mind at all) wow it looked amazing and tasted delicious So happy I don't have to drive to Pasadena for this fluffies. We would definitely be back, since we have an up coming appt soon. LOL
